Before you get Service

These are some helpful tips to ensure your service is quick and problem free.
1. BACK UP YOUR DEVICE! Backups are your friend.
Macintosh has built-in Time Machine and all that is required is an external source to backup to. A simple, inexpensive USB hard drive will work great. Don’t have one? We can help with that, too.

iOS devices should also be backed up regularly. You can either backup to an iCloud account or your Mac or Windows PC via iTunes.

2. Disable Find My iPhone
In order for Apple’s Diagnostics to work, your phone must have Find My iPhone disabled. Please ensure it is done by following
On an iOS device: Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn off Find My [device]. Enter your Apple ID password, then tap Turn Off.
iCloud: Remove you device from Find My iPhone
